Brett fermented cider made from Brown's cider apples. Fermented with wild yeasts and Brettanomyces in oak barrel. Barnyardy background, with fresh acidity balanced with slight residual sweetness.

Pint at LBQ Wellington, pours a murky watery gold, no head. Nose has some funk, but more rotting apple core than anything, green apple is there but red apple too. Flavor is similar, some apple notes, some earthy notes but not a ton happening. Finishes just drier than sweet. Earthy but I feel like this missed the mark. 6 2 6 2 10
