Oscillating somewhere between hoppy pilsner and India pale lager, The Answer is Jane is a flavor-forward unfiltered lager brewed exclusively with New Zealand hops, namely Motueka (whirlpool) and Nelson Sauvin (dry hop). Neutral yeast character and a sturdy grist of Pilsner, Wheat, and Vienna malts allow The Answer is Jane to be an unadulterated hop showcase, encapsulating a broad range of flavor from gooseberry to lychee to pineapple to lemongrass. In the words of our brewmaster, it's a "winter crusher!"

On tap at Meridian Pint pours a clear gold, spitty white head. Punchy nose, onion and scallion, lime, grass. Flavor is easier, light malt, corn, grass, melon. Dry, bitter finish. Nice. 8 4 8 4 13
