Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close laced with an earthy roast.
Decent enough stout.

Draught keg at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Dark brown, a little translucent with a ring of beige/khaki head. Coffee, yeast extract in rhe aroma. Light notes of liquorice. Sweet taste, some treacle and hints of salted plum, going toward a more bitter finish. Light body, fairly heavy carbonation.
