The Slice is Right is a bold and flavorful West Coast IPA that brings the party to your pint. Inspired by the tap takeover and pizza party we hosted together, this brew is packed with a winning hop combo of Zumo T90, Motueka T90, Motueka Cryo, Simcoe T90, and Simcoe Cryo. Expect bright citrus and tropical notes, a punch of resinous pine, and that crisp, snappy bitterness that makes West Coast IPAs so damn good. Whether you had a slice with us or not, this one's a slice of hop heaven you don't want to miss!

Poured from a 16 oz can.
Aroma is hop forward and dank and fruity with lots of passion fruit and lighter notes of guava, berries ,grapefruit and tropical citrus. Fairly strong dank, oily resin notes. Light alcohol and cracker malt notes.
Pours a clear, brilliant, gold color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of grapefruit and tropical citrus with lighter notes of guava, passion fruit and berry. Light onion notes and medium light dank, oily resin.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA with a hop profile similar to what I would expect from an old school IPA but using cryo. Malt profile is lighter though. Alcohol is well hidden with a solidly assertive bitterness.
