Barrel aged Sour Belgian Brown Ale with raspberries. We spontaneously fermented this Oud Bruin on October 21st of 2019 in our koelschip, wich happens to be the feast day for Artio, the Celtic Bear Goddess.

On Tap at the new Garden City location. Deep reddish brown with no head. Rich dark pitted fruit sourness, Flanders type sourness and toasted malty base. Raisins, over ripe fruit and a little pedio in the tartness. Rich, sour and tasty. My 300th Barbarian rating, a good milestone
