Lots of pie spices, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon. Brown sugar, and slightly roasty malts. Good carb, slightly watery mouth feel. Finish is just a mouthfull of baking spices and its just dominates. The base beer would be decent i think if not for the bag of spice.

Originally rated January 2016. Pours a clean deep amber colour with a frothy light-beige head, good retention and some nice creamy-foamy lacing. Wheat aromas giving banana notes with some spices (cloves, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon). The taste has these spices, but they are well-blended with watery malts. The spices and alcohol slightly warms up the finish which is fine for this one. This one actually works quite well. Not much of a dunkel, but a good spiced beer.
