Orange pour, very murky, with a small off white head that disappeared quickly. Aroma is quite funky, and very earthy. Light apricot, and peach with big woody barrel, and earthy funk. Nice mouth feel, good carb. Slight lactic flavours with some good fruit and funk. The barrel is present and mingles well with the brett. The sourness is dry near the end with lactic flavours. Nice stuff. I’m interested in see why a bit of age does to this.
