750ml bottle. Hazy yellow pour, with a big white head. Pleasant sour/funky Aroma. Spectacular lambic style barnyard, horseblanket funky Aroma. Hints of lemon zest and pale cereals. Mouth feel and carb are great. Finish is nice. The sourness drops off quite a bit but it’s still there but not what I was expecting from the aroma. Lactic funk notes, some grassy hops and hints if fruit in the end. Pretty impressive for a first sour.
