(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Hazy golden with a small, off-white head. Lightly tart, fruity nose. Light body, a tart fruitiness and a dry and lightly bitter finish. Unfortunately this one contains a distinctly infected acidity. 220808

Bottled. a slightly hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sour malty, while the flavor is only lightly sour and malty, and the body thin. Pasteurize please. Thanks to fonefan and Brugmansia for sharing.

Bottle, thx to fonefan. Pours a semi-clear golden body under a small beige head. Sour, dusty, citrusy aroma, sure not suited for bottle conditioning. The same can be found in the flavor, it’s citrusy and dusty, but mostly sour. Not much bitterness found, neither initially nor in the finish. Thin and astringent in the mouth. There’s some refreshing qualities in the beer, but it’s sure infected. (080822)

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head, holds yeast sediments in the bottle. Citric and bitter finish. Flavour is citric and bitter with a distinct sourness coming through. Clearly infected.
