Hazy orange pour, huge, pillowy white head. Subtle tartness, light tropical fruit, some pine resin and citrus fruit. Lovely mouth feel, effervescent carb. Finish is medium bitter with a tart finish, and hints of wood.

Reçue en cadeau... Un beau produit délicat mais totalement assumé et franchement bien fait. L’effervescence est très faible et la mousse peu tenace. Le citron est omniprésent et l’effet barrique de vin est juste bien dosé. La petite acidité rend cette bière trop facile à boire ;-) Une réussite!
