Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with off-notes of brett and vinegar. Sweet and odd malty flavour with some grain notes and hay. Tasted again, not infected. Very boring, with sweet malts dominating

Bottle @ Odense Summer Tasting, 2011. Pours amber with a off white head. Sweet nose of butter, fruit and caramel. Flavor is fruit, caramel and a bit of diacetyl. Medium to thin body.

Bottle, 6.2%. Bready aroma, some old-smelling brown sugar. Sweetish flowery hops? Cloudy brown colour. Big tan head, not so stable. The flavour is mildly roasted, has some brown sugar. Hint of paper makes it taste not fresh.

Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild wooden and floral hoppy notes along with mild herbal tones. Flavour is quite crisp bready and sweet maltyness with some herbs, wood as well as quite sweet sugary notes. Balanced, but not too exciting.

Bottle hazy orange colour with of white head.Aroma is sweet with note of malt and caramel,has high carbonation and slight rosted mouth feels with a sweet finish.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Unclear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, nutty, caramel and roasted notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (160808)

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy deep amber golden with a lively off-white head. Aroma of fruit and burned caramel. Medium body with a heavy carbonation, a little burned caramel and roasted malt with a vague burned touch. Finishes dry. 070908

Hazy deep amber with with medium beige head. Aroma ha toasted malt, caramel and mild sourish notes. Flavor has toasted malt, caramel and suffers from infection.
