Can from the LCBO.
Yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is grainy, mealy, with some light grass. mouth feel is standard, with a good carb. Medium bitter, grassy, light fruity esters....run off the mill. not great, but not awful either.

Pours a clean golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some thick foamy lacing. I do smell wheat giving mild banana notes. With time, some hops do come out. The same for flavours, with a blend of the cereal malts felt in Kolsch. The hops help out the sweetness that I am not really used to in this style, but still - a little too rich with the wheat, as it lingers a bit.
