Rye IPA
A tribute to the old Windsor and Annapolis Railway, connecting Annapolis Royal to Windsor. The railway played a large part in Nova Scotia’s agriculture and tourism much like craft beer is doing now. Our Rye IPA contains the right amount of rye malt for a hint of spiciness which compliments the hop additions. A final citra dry hop gets this beer rolling down the tracks. Make like you’re on vacation. Chill for best results.

Old rating - A 500ml bottle from the brewpub on our Maritime Canada trip. Poured at home back in Jersey, Channel Islands. It's a light brown colour with a large off-white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, Citra, rye & sweet malt. Medium body. Good balance been the rye & the malts. Dry medium bitter finish. Very well made & enjoyable Rye IPA

Clear Ruby/copper pour, with a medium off white head. Very toasty malts, fruity, bready, candied citrus. Mouth feel is soft, carb is the same. Medium bitterness, light spice, tasty, burnt brown sugar and sweet stone fruit.
