Can from the lcbo. Dark roast, coffee, espresso, banana, tobacco, and cocoa. Silky. Mouth feel, medium bitterness. Vanilla, bananas and silky cocoa round it out.

Dark, hazy brown colour with a small fizzy beige head, minimal retention and a tiny ring around the brew. Roasted malt base aromas with some banana notes, hints of nuttiness, wood and coffee. Maybe some dark fruits blended in there as well. The taste is on the sweet side with chocolaty malts it seems. The rest of the ingredients are so blended in here, hard to recognize them. I get the coconut in the finish. The vanilla is a tad lost, but alright for not adding to the richness of this one. Yep, pretty rich, so not sure I could have another, or easily finish this one. Thankfully some hops do show up to cut this, and liquorice is left somewhere in there.
