Aroma is upfront cinnamon, pie crust, light vanilla. Soft roast, caramel, hints of coffee. I'm actually impressed here. This was awful. Seminsweet, medium bitter cinnamon pie crust notes with roasty porter notes.

This last 6-pack sampler of these signature series are harder to finish. Seems like more essences, than real ingredients. Not sure why this one gives out lots of coconut at first. It does seem to calm down after a white, and the apples and crumble-biscuits do appear, with chocolate malts as base. Thankfully, the taste is not as rich, with a blend of cinnamon-apple notes. Some of the roasted malts in the background lingers a light burnt aspect to this. Clean, copper colour with amber highlights, a big soapy beige head, very long retention and thick foamy-soapy lacing. A fun series, but make sure let these breath before having to let the essences escape a little.
