A Non-Alc Dry Hopped Sour V1 marks a milestone around the brewery that we’re excited to share. After many attempts (dumped beer), we’re ready to release a trial version of non-alcoholic beer that we’ve been working on for many months.
Non-Alc Dry Hopped Sour V1 has a fresh citrusy dry hop aroma, with fruity esters reminiscent of peach, apricot, guava, and passion fruit.

Can from the brewery.
Hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Aroma is lactic, ligth tartness, hints of citrus, but the mouth feel just falls flat. It's thin, really watery, and there is an odd tartness that I would compare to pickle juice going on in the finish. An odd tart kind of salinity. Not terrible, but a little odd.
