Refreshing, balanced and full of flavour. This is a captivating golden ale, sophisticated in taste and rich in colour. Edinburgh Gold pours deep gold with a white head. On the nose is a complex blend of noble hops and a little caramel sweetness. The taste is medium to light-bodied with continental hops and moderate bitterness providing a pleasing smooth finish.

Opalescent golden colour, medium sized white head; aroma of toasted rye bread, some roasted nuts, metallic notes, slight apricot and hints of rotten vegetables; bittersweet taste with some metallic and fruity notes - will not be my favourite

From bottle at Principal Hotel, Edinburgh, with DKS people 25.10.18. Clear golden. Diminishing white head. Semi-fruity aroma and taste of citrus, succade, malt and meadows. Soft citrus bitterness is lingering on.
