Rewarding, complex and maltily satisfying. Our blend of Belgian yeasts combine stone fruit, caramel and toffee malt flavours, in this rich yet drinkable beer.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours amber with a medium head. Aroma is mostly malty with fruits, lots of caramel, toffee, no peculiar trace of belgian yeasts. Flavour is very sweet, malty, unbalanced, boring. Medium to light body, medium to light carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

On tap at the brewery as part of the East Bristol Brewery Trail 27/8/2016. Hazy amber in colour with a decent, off-white, head. Leafy hops, sweetish, slightly bready, malts, a touch of spice and some citrus and berry fruits leading to a warming finish. Good.
