This is our ’white label’ beer, brewed in limited production runs so you might never see the same beer twice. We use a simple pale malt profile, and generous additions of a single hop variety to allow the characteristics of that hop to really shine through.

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe (20/9/23). Pours a hazy golden yellow with minimal off-white head and good lacing. Aroma has floral hops and citrus. In the mouth it fluctuates between sweet and slightly bitter. Flavour has floral hops, citrus and mango plus hints of grapefruit and honey, leading to a bitter finish. Quite reasonable overall.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with as creamy-smooth head. It’s smooth tasting too, hoppy also with a slightly gritty tropical fruit taste.
