Ein kerniges, charaktervolles Bier mit feinen Röstaromen, das schon unserem Gründer Johann Auer besonders gut schmeckte.

(Bottle 50 cl) Unclear, light brown with a thick, off-white head. Lightly sulphurous nose. Fruity notes dominate the flavour with a surprisingly dry finish. Drinkable but far from being a great Dunkelweizen. 221005

An unclear muddy brown beer with a thick light brown head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with slight notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet wheaty, combined with some unpleasant notes of plastic. Not my favorite...

Bottle: Hazy, amber to brown coloured, big fluffy brownish head, lacing; a mixture of typical Weizenbier and Dunkel aromas; slightly sweetish fruity and malty taste; mild malty finish, traces of a very shy tart fruitiness and a touch of chocolate; creamy mouthfeel; not very complex, but very well quaffable....

Murky brown. Huge tanned head. Roasty sweet nose with banana. Firm fruity body (bananas and plums). Finishes a bit weak.
