Dunkelbraune Farbe. Schön cremiger Schaum. Geschmacklich haben wir dunkles Malz, Schokolade, etwas Apfel und leichte bitter, florale Noten. Die Hefe spielt auch mit rein. Schön voll, wie es sich für ein Bier mit immerhin 5,5 % Alk. gehört. Anständiges, wenn auch nicht überragendes dunkles Weißbier. Das helle Weizen von Auer spielt da in einer ganz anderen Klasse.

Ein dunkles Hefeweizen 🕶️, wie man es sich wünscht. Wunderschön im Glas mit feinporiger Blume und intensiven Duft nach Weizenfeld 🌾, durch das man beim Trinken läuft. Es hat feine hefige Noten und blumige 🌺 Aromen, welche ein gutes Weizen ausmachen 🍌🍍🥭. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a hazy brown color with a big off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet.

From the tap at Barrumba, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, dark amber with white foam. Aroma is malty. Body is medium with abundant carbonation. Taste is sweet, not very interesting. Finish is relatively short.

Bottle @ il gatto nero. Brown color hazed average but persistent offwhite head. Weizen malts, light fruity/berries, light roasted, yeast, citrus. Taste sweetish Light sour. Medium body, clean dry finish, pleasing aftertaste. Decent enough.

Bottle, 5.5%. Fat yeast aroma, hint of paint thinner, some bread. Cloudy dark brown colour. Big stable, fairly creamy, off-white head. The flavour is less powerful than the aroma - slightly bready with low bitterness. Not much banana, slightly roasted.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and touches of hops. Sourish, grainy flavour with sweetish note sof malt and banana and touches if hops and yeast. High carbonation. Sourish aftertaste. A little off? Still, not bad.
