Draught @ Choulette Experience. Pours a clear dark red, pinkish white head. Aroma of creamy raspberry, flavour profile brings to mind a creamy raspberry yoghurt, some pips, nice fruity character, not bad.

Many thanks for this biere de garde from Nord-Pas-de Calais Region to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com) Thx for that. Fajnie to wyszlo.

0.33l bottle. Pinkish amber body with a white head. Aroma and taste of raspberry, bready malts with some vinous notes. Simple beer, but OK.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy pink orange with large off white head. The aroma is berry and floral. Medium body, jammy berry, oak, light finish, very good.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt amber color with a lasting one finger white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace.
The aroma has mainly the sweet and the tart raspberry, fully authentic, even with that dry seediness to it.
The flavor is the same, dry with the seedy authentic raspberry. Subtle grassy funk after a bit of warming. Light raspberry aftertaste, same subtle finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation hits just right. Nice enough for the tart to hit my tongue.
Overall, as a fruit beer, this is a great one of you like real raspberry. I’d have again.

Pours a nice blush brown from a bottle. Big nose of raspberry/strawberry, a little jammy rather than fresh fruit. Flavor is pretty much the same. Light/thin mouthfeel. Good beer.

Bottle - vintage 2006 - Raspberry and some balsamic. Hazy copper with almost no head. Sweet raspberry, earthy notes and rotten fruit. Great for the age.

On tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Pours red with pink head. Fruity raspberry aroma. Sweet raspberry flavor, sour at the end. A bit artificial.

Bottle. Murky pinkish purple color, off pink head. Nice raspberry aroma with subtle citrus and straw. Taste is very sweet and simple fruit.
