Good, if fast dwindling white head over clear metallic golden beer. Bit aromatic nose with rosewater, amandine, pale malts, sweet grain. Light bitterish initial impression, followed immediately by sweet malty flavours. I suspect adjuncts as corn or rice. Faint DMS and mineral. Utterly watery MF, faintly slick, undercarbonated. Metallic aftertaste, as from unfilmed can. Well, what did you expect °? (° txs to fizzy drink advertisement) Txs to Stef!

Can 48 cl, Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Very subtle malt aroma. Light body, slightly malty with a soft mouthfeel. Very subdued bitterness. 050426

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that can. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Some grasy notes, a bit moldy. Light metallical touch. Finish more balanced. Soft-malty finish. Okay.

48cl can from Progress Kauplus, Narva. Pours clear golden with a dissipatin, white head. Grainy aroma with notes of cooked vegetables and hints of hay. Sweet and grainy with low flavour intensity and bitterness. Pretty standard, mediocre, industrial lager.

Die hübsch gestaltete Dose zeigt die namensgebende „Fischer Sonja“. Das Bier selbst ist sehr hell und leicht trüb. Schaumentwicklung gerade noch OK. Viel Frucht in der Nase. Fruchtig und blumig ist auch der Geschmack. Nahezu gleichberechtigt sind Getreide-/Malznoten - diese wirken aber etwas leer und spelzig. Hopfung recht mild. Das Bier hat nur 4,2 % Alk und das merkt man ihm auch deutlich an. Geschmacklich OK, aber schon etwas wässrig das Ganze. Das Bier schein viel Säure zu enthalten. Das macht das Mundgefühl etwas kratzig.
Habe ich in einem kleinen Mix Markt gekauft. Die Supermarktkette hat sich auf Produkte aus Osteuropa spezialisiert. Obwohl der Laden nicht groß war, wurde hier eine erstaunliche Auswahl an „exotischen“ Bieren geboten. Und preislich (für Importware) auch OK.

Clear gold. Moderate white rocky head. Well-lacing. Aroma: grains, bread, faint floral hop. Very light body. Taste: not much of. Clean. Some malts, bread, a hint of floral hop. Low bitterness. Empty finish.
