Tap @ brewery. First of all, this is a schwarzbier. Second of all, how did all of you fuckers miss that this is called Black Cock? The jokes never end! Dark orangish brown appearance with a cream head. Very roasty, a bit burnt, nutty, caramel/chocolate aroma. Burnt, very roasty chocolate, light espresso, char flavor.

A bottle that ogivlado either got in a trade or from a friend and shared with me (thanks!) Poured a red-brown body with a slightly off white head. Sweet malty nose, very weak chocolatey notes, some honey. Dry bitter malty taste with some notes of honey. A fine enough dark lager, the best of the day.
