Cask at Paisley Beer Festival 2008 ... amber ... hoppy nose ... light fruit bitter ... nothing special

Cask handpull at Victoria, Earl Soham. Pale copper, thin off white head. Quite a hoppy session bitter, some toffee malt, good dusty drying finish. Some apricot fruit. Rather a nice session beer that has certainly got good hop.

Bottle August 05 picked up from the shop near the brewery. Another Earl Soham beer which fails to excite me, light brown in colour, quite hoppy and with a reasonable bitterness present throughout, itโ€™s fine.
