On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Dark roasted malts, cacao, crusts on the nose. Flavour has roasted malts, cacao, crusts. Thick body. Not great.

Bottle. Color: Black, thin brown head. Aroma: Fruity Cognac, roasted malt. Taste: Overwhelming fruity Cognac, boozy notes, umami, roasted malt in the background together with light hints of coffee. A bit more coffee at the finish . Full body, low carbonation. Medium to over medium sweet, light bitterness. Enjoyable slow sipper, but too much Cognac in my opinion. Would have been better with less months BA, I think. Ok overall.
