This Green Hop beer has the addition of malted wheat to bring an unusual additional dimension to the use of green hops. The beer is refreshing with hints of fruity bubblegum. Bitter and satisfying.

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 27 Nov 2014) Hazy golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grass, citrus, white bread and fruit salad. Malty, fruity taste with bread, citrus, grass, tropical fruit and a fresh grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Refreshing, with a good hop character. Nice one.
