Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Very dark ruby red with a creamy head. This is also called ’Winter Warmer’ under the name which I bought this, but am assured it’s the same ale. For 5.2% it’s a very thin tasting ale with only a modicum of winter fruitiness in its taste behind an extremely light spiciness. It’s nose packs a little more character with a small fruity sweetness evident here.
