Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a hazy light yellow with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has some earthy wheat with a bit of light fruit, citrus and bread underlying. Flavor has a bit of a citrus bite but is mainly sweet wheat and a touch of bread.

Fulll pour at the tap room. Straw color. a typical light American wheat beer. Some aroma of lemon soda, like a radler, and a little sweetness.
