Draught @ Bryghuset Møn, 4780 Stege, Denmark. Murky medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, berry acidic - sweet. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (On tap) Hazy honey coloured with a small, creamy, off-white head. Discreet, floral aroma. Medium body with a hard to define fruity edge - it’s not really the typical banana esters - rather sort of berry-like? Somewhat astringent, phenol-like finish. An unusual but not unpleasant Hefe. 120706
