On tap at the AG trailhouse. Eye is very clear brown, like dark iced tea. Creamy head fades to thin pond scum. Neutral sight pepsin nose. Uptake is completely flat, lacking any co2. Initial flavor of mild cardboard. Maybe I'm getting some weird pepsin in the middle, perhaps this is the figs? Some bitterness begins to set in. Quite different fer sure. Near the end, bitterness begins to wane. No sign of pear throughout.
