Cloudy pinkish light brown. Very nice looking creamy head. MIld sweet raspberry nose. The smell and look of this makes my mouth water. Very fine cutting co2 on the uptake. Slight tart raspberry taste. Not bad! Could be served a liitle more colder and with more co2 to really make this refreshing. Overall decent example of a fruit flavored beer. Not sure if you'rreally call this a sour brew since its tartness is very subdued. Reminds me a bit of founder's rubaes.
