Slight white haze on pale with a white creamy head. Looks like an IPA milkshake. Heavy grapefruit nose makes me think I'm going to drink an IPA fer sher. Whew, bip IPA bitterness on teh uptake, sets in on the back of my throat. Almost phenolic. No real co2 in this and its quite mouthcoating. I've had IPA that were less IPA ish than this. Yes, think of chewing on rotting fermenting green grapefruit rinds, whew. Long bitter IPA finish. This stuff must be style wrong on their menu! Terribly on style for an IPA.
