On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden body with a firm white head. Aroma is fruity, grassy, citrus, spicy and a bit of sweet malt. Flavor is light malty, a bit sweet, fruity, citrus with a moderate perfumed hop character. Refreshing, almost a bit sour finish. Nice as a pilsner and better than remembered from 2006.

(bottle, 5.0% abv, courtesy of Papsoe) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a fluffy foamy white head. Dusty, slightly sweet malty nose with light fruity notes and a touch of cardboard, accompanied with floral, almost perfumed hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, yeasty and quite papery malty taste with light fruity notes; light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation; moderately dry and bitter finish with a moderate hops-character and a touch of cardboard in the aftertaste.

Hazy yellow with off white head. Aroma has fruits, hops & lager malt. Grassy slight corn taste - fresh & crisp. Medium carbonation & body. Well balanced - little fruity sweetness & pleasant bitter end. Good pils!

[Bottled] Clear golden. Light flowery nose. Medium bodied with fairly soft mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. A traight forward, well made beer for quaffing. I enjoy drinking it, although it’s not a beer that grabs your attention and sticks out.

On tap at the brewery. Pale yellow with a small whtie head. Hoppy aroma with a little sourness. Lightly acidic in the flavor, with hops in the background, leaving a long, bitter finish. Do they have a "house-hop"? (060506)

Bottle. Good sized head with medium duration. Color is light yellow - not pretty - and a bit hazy. Aroma is somewhat acidic and malty. Taste is a bit odd with a hoppy end.

Bottle. Boring pilsener, no value for money. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate hoppy and yeasty! aroma. Bad bitter finish. Watery palate.

Sample on tap at the brewpub. Typical pilsener colour. Moderate flowery aroma with hints of honey. This is a light bodied and pleasant pilsener, amount of hops seems just right.

(On tap) Pilsener golden with a small, creamy head. Somewhat odd aroma - reminds me of Hancock beers perhaps? A bit flat. Quite fruity with a solid, bitter finish. Very soft and pleasant pilsener. 250605
