A strong light ale is welded to the 15th anniversary of the company. The uniqueness of this variety is that it is fermented with champagne yeast, this is the company's first experiment in this direction. In taste there is a rich bouquet of malt tones and sparkling spicy notes in the fragrance. Second fermentation.

0.75L bottle. Hazy golden ale with medium-sized white airy head. The aroma is weird acidity, Belgian yeast, candy sugar. Medium body. Malty and yeasty taste. Soursweet. Spicy. Potentially a decent ale. But as it is a true miss. A missfortuned BSA. Or an unhappened sour ale. Just not dry enough for that.
