11/1/2023. Bottle shared by G&E at Ølhulen, many thanks. Pours clear amber colour with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, dried fruits, caramel, touch of spice. Fairly sweet but bitterness develops.

Bottle. Pours hazy robust amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel, fruit and cinnamon, with notes of hops and yeast. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with fruity and hoppy notes and touches of cinnamon, yeast and orange peel. Bitter and slightly vinous aftertaste with sweetish hints. Well-balanced and rich-bodied. Decent but nothing really mind-blowing

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and hint of alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm, caramel and dried fruity finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Pours murky orange-brown with tiny white head. Aroma is yeast, yoghurt, copper, roasted malt and faint citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter and acidic towards the end. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is short and soft. Some citrus, yeast and light spice. Faint chalky and metallic.

bottle from Vinoble-favrskov dark clear amber smooth beige head malty, spicy herbal hoppy, also flowery hoppy aroma. the main sensations are malts and flowers. flavor is sweet malty, flowery, yet dry, bitter spicy, alc. well used and well hidden. faint flavor of dark fruits and raisins. A very well tasting quality non-agressive christmas beer. The belgian yeast makes it even better.
