Lager chiara con aggiunta di Specialty Coffee etiope coltivato da Alemu Beraso e tostato da Spazio Caffè Firenze Roastery, estratto in cold brew. Sulle sensazioni di cereale e leggero miele della base si snodano le note di frutta rossa e floreali del caffè, sottolineate da una vibrazione erbacea conferita dal luppolo.

Can at the Airbnb. Pours a darker, orangeish golden with a thick head. Nose is light roasted coffee and moderately intense malty notes. Taste is similar, coffee on top of a base beer, but doesnt really come together and not quite lager-like either: lacks crispness, carbonation thus not as refreshing as I’d hoped. Still, not a bad coffee beer all in all, just not exactly what it promises to be
