Sampled from the tap at All Pints North 2017. Pours a cloudy gold with a thin white head that starts and the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has notes of earthy grains and bread with a bit of tart fruit coming through. Flavor has grains and bread with a bit of tart fruit coming through. Not working.

All Pints North 2017. I am sure this is the first attempt in Minnesota of a commercially available unblended lambic. Still, as it should be, for an unblended lambic. Minimally sour, it might need some time and it seems young. Some yeast in the aroma. The few of these I have had have not been especially sour but this is probably the least sour of any of them. I respect the effort here.
