Fast etwas unscheinbar wirkt der rotgoldene Silberbock mit seinem feinen, weißen Schaum. Das ändert sich, sobald die ersten Aromen die Nase erreichen. Neben Röstaromen verströmt der Bock einen intensiven Duft nach frisch geriebenem süßen Apfel. Dieser fast biblischen Versuchung kommt man gerne nach und nimmt den ersten Schluck. Mächtig entfalten sich Honig und Zitrus sowie alkoholische Noten, die an vollreife Erdbeeren erinnern. Im Abgang macht eine dezente Bittere schnell einem nussigen Nachhall Platz, der noch lange bleibt, bis zum nächsten Schluck.

0.33l bottle, Ravenfest VIP zone Day 3 tasting. Clear golden body, off-white head. Herbal aroma, light maltiness, some metallic notes. Smooth malty taste, light raisins of all things, low bitterness. Bit too sweet for me.

Op tap bij Wilde Rose Keller. Uit Stein. Moutig-zoet, fruitig, appel, grassig, wat alcohol, licht bloemig, niet zo zoet als deze stijl kan zijn, vol, degelijk bitter. Lichte tot medium body. Prima.

Thanks Moravius! Clear blond colour, white foam. Nose of banana, honey and lots of diacetyl. Medium bitter finish. Not very nice.

Bottled, thanks SaintMatty! Lightly hazy golden, mid sized head. Fruity, bready nose. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready, creamy and lightly grassy. Mildly warming finish. Harmonious and rich.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a small head. Strawberries, grass and grain in the aroma. Sherbet lemons, grapefruit peel, grain and bubblegum all feature in the slightly sweet taste.

Flasche (50 cl) von Keils Getränkemarkt, Bayreuth. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase bocktypisch breites helles Malz und milder Kräutertee. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig-getreidig und teigig süß, kontrastiert mit mildem, kräuterartigem Hopfen. Mild rezent, vollmundig, deutlicher Alkohol, etwas hart im Mund. Im Abgang recht schroffe zitronige Bittere. - Klassischer, etwas ruppiger heller Bock; zu holzschnittartig um zu überzeugen.
