Get ready to ride the ALPHA WAVES, our homage to the classic American pale reinvented for cask!
Alpha acids are the main bittering agents found in all hops in varying concentrations. We’ve brewed our latest cask pale with vibrant US hops – Ekuanot, Chinook and Columbus. It’s an English spin on a classic American pale ale! Expect flavours of pine resin, a smooth body and a satisfying bitterness.

Hand pulled pint in the Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse on Charter Day, 1st March 2025. Second pint of the day. Slight haze to the golden/amber body, good lasting crown on top. Piney flavour and pretty bitter throughout. Good crisp and hoppy brew.
