Bottle, 75cl corked. Amber body, clear, some carbonation, and a small white head. Caramelized sugar and some fresh and dried fruits makes the aroma and flavor, and there’s some bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body, a bit sticky. A nice and easy-to-drink beer, but it’s a bit one-dimentional. (070601)

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a clear amber with basically no head. Light aroma of caramel. Sweet, full body with a distinct malty character. Soft, smooth and pleasant without much bitterness. 060706 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Comes as "La Choulette De Printemps". Pours a clear amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma of fruit, malt and a little caramel. An edge of cardboard. Medium-bodied with unclean, fusty notes. Short, dry finish. 6/3/5/2/11= 2.7 290508

A clear brown beer with a small white head. Both the aroma and flavor are malty with notes of roasted malt.

Brownish-amber. Toasty, nutty, caramelly aroma. Thin, light, toasty body. Sweet, bland, lifeless finish. Huge disappointment because some of their other brews are quite good.

Bottled, surplus from RBSG, thanks oakes (BB 08/2004)
Copper-brown, no head. Sweet earthy aroma. Also tastes earthy, a bit sweet, slightly alcoholic. Kind of a bière de garde.
