Bottle, 75cl corked. Amber body, clear, some carbonation, and a small white head. Caramelized sugar and some fresh and dried fruits makes the aroma and flavor, and there’s some bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body, a bit sticky. A nice and easy-to-drink beer, but it’s a bit one-dimentional. (070601)

Bottled, surplus from RBSG, thanks oakes (BB 08/2004)
Copper-brown, no head. Sweet earthy aroma. Also tastes earthy, a bit sweet, slightly alcoholic. Kind of a bière de garde.
