Birra di colore rosso intenso, derivato quasi esclusivamente dall’uso del malto monaco. Al naso spiccano sentori di miele, caramello e frutta secca. In bocca è corposa e la dolcezza che emana si fonde perfettamente con l’amaro sprigionato dal luppolo. Servire a 5 - 6 °C. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo e lievito.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark amber, fairly hazy, with fine light cream foam. Aroma is malty and spiced, very interesting. Body has some density, with good carbonation. Taste is predominantly bitter, though with some malty sweetness behind. Final is somehow long and spiced and biscuity.

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige fine persistente, colore rosso intenso velato, al naso cereali frutta matura miele, in bocca è cremosa malto frutta secca miele, corpo medio, lieve astringente, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna, intensa, schiuma avorio media. Al naso note di malto, leggera tostatura, biscotto, caramello, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con amaro finale a bilanciare, rotonda, appagante. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona, complimenti.

On tap at Open Baladin in Rome-Italy, with luttonm. Pours orange-amber color bright and semi-filtered, tick off-white head. Nose: pastry bread, sweet notes. Mouth: nuts, toasted bread, malts, fantastic and relevant bitterness which never turns disturbing. Fresh, easy beer despite its 6,2%. Good one.
