One of the symbolic beers of the brewery, also suitable for the less experienced palates. Fresh and clean, on the nose and in the mouth, it presents itself to the sip with a nice sweet note of honey, which is accompanied by a good dry and slightly bitter finish.

Bottled. A yellow-green beer with sediment making it unclear and a huge white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus as well as light notes of yeast, leading to a slightly tart finish. The body is thin. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, pale golden with floating impurities. Dense off-white head leaving laces. Tart, citrusy nose. Light body with tart citrus, no real malt feel. Astringent phenollic finish. Again clearly infected. 290508

Cloudy blond color. The aroma has some vanilla and spices, and a light sourness, and light peach. Dry flavor, very simple, with a too strong bitterness and some sourness deriving by a probable infection. Not very good.
