Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a decent amount of citrus with a bit of grapefruit bite and a bit of sweet grains. Flavor has more of a citrus rind note but still has a citrus bite and a sweet grain backbone.

I bought this for the tick bur liked it more than i expected. Brown color. Pune aroma with hops. Flavor is a blend of moderately sweet malt and bread dough and dry, herbal hops. The wheat is evident and it is easy to see what they were trying to do, and they pulled off a style often not worth drinking.
