A stout that will have you saying, or shouting, “seconds, please.” This splendidly smooth pour is crafted with tart cherry and rich chocolate. Dark and decadent, this brew is best served with a generous slice of crumbly cake.

Bottle at BBT 5/2023. Full body, medium carbonation. Fully malty, intense chocolate, medium caramel, light toffee and coffee. Med-light sour cherry. Med-high sweetness, med-low bitterness. Could use a bit more malty complexity, even if intensity is okay. Overall a really pleasant sipper, with only light alcohol warmth, ABV hidden well.
