Humlepilsner er en pilsner med ekstra meget humle. Dette giver ekstra bitterhed til øllet. Brygget på malt, to typer humle, vand og gær.

Bottled (thanks goes to Anna!). Deep golden colour, mediumsized white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is diacetyl, some grains, grassy hops and mild bready notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same, with some skunked flavours. Quite sweet malts, which along with the skunked notes makes it quite out of balance.

Clear golden color, small white head. Czech-pils-like buttery, diacetylic, Saaz-hoppy nose. Also some rubbery-grainy notes. Buttery, Saaz-hoppy, sweetish pils, which suprisingly tastes almost like a low alcoholic beer.

Pale yellow with a lasting white head. Clean hoppy aroma is hay and slightly floral. Clean, dry pilsner malt flavour with just a touch of cooked vegetables.
