Representing one of the largest wilderness areas in North Carolina, The Linville Gorge is often referred to as the Grand Canyon of the east. With stunning views of the face of shortoff mountain (the southernmost feature of the gorge) from our farmhouse brewery, this rugged canyon is where we recreate and what we swoon over.
Mashed with a blend of local barley malt along with malted and naked oats and raw and flaked wheat. Fermented with our preferred low flocc and thick mouthed yeast strain for a full bodied juicy india pale ale experience. Hopped intensely in the fermenter with a blend of citra, azacca, and el dorado. Bursting with tropical fruit-forward aromatics, Hello, Gorgeous is one of the ways we pay tribute to our beautiful slice of appalachia.
