Cask, on gravity, at Tewkesbury Winter Beer Festival, 5/2/2016. Near black in colour, with a slight, beige, head. Aroma of black cherries, milk chocolate, and toasty malts. Flavour was sweetish with some more fruit, brown sugar and chocolate, before a gente, slightly boozy finish. A good attempt at recreating a BF gateau in beer form.
