Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Pivoteka. Pours mostly clear copper-red with a foamy, khaki topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with lovely candied ham notes, toasted caramel, bready malts, a little earthy hop. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, restrained smoked ham, toast, caramel. Tasty, highly drinkable.
