Brewed traditionally with Challenger and Fuggles wholeleaf hops, Maris Otter and Crystal malts and a trace of coriander. It is the first bottled ale of its type and is truly a class apart. It is very smooth and refreshing on the palate. Accompanies all tasty food, particularly curries, Chinese and Thai dishes.

Bottle. Slightly hazy palish amber with white head. Very floral hoppy aroma. light body and carbonation. Floral sweet delicate flavour gives way to elegant bitterness and coriander. Very pleasant and unusual.

Bottle from Wine Rack, March 2007. Golden hued with sweetish aroma. Coriander was over prominent and clashed with the other flavours. Not for me.
